Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team productivity and morale.
- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service by monitoring dining experiences, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, payroll, and expenses, striving to meet financial goals and improve profitability.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop and update menus, ensuring a balance of quality, presentation, and cost-effectiveness.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies, conducting regular inspections and training.
- Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing strategies and promotional events to attract and retain customers, enhancing the restaurant’s reputation in the community.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational performance, preparing reports for upper management as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, service standards, and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
