Estonian School of Diplomacy is offering training scholarships for a nine-month training program ‘International Relations and European Integration’ for 2024/25 academic year.
The scholarships are open for the applicants of Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Moldova, Tajikistan and Ukraine.
Estonian School of Diplomacy offers a limited amount of scholarships to participate in the nine-month training program ‘International Relations and European Integration’ Scholarships for the academic year 2014/2015 will be given to following countries (ONLY): Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine.

- Course Level: Scholarships are available for a nine-month training program at Estonian School of Diplomacy in Tallinn.
- Scholarship Provider: Estonian School of Diplomacy and Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Scholarship can be taken at Estonia
Eligibility:
- Scholarships for the academic year 2014/2015 will be given to the following countries (only): Afghanistan, Armenia,
- Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine.
- is not older than 35 years (when applying);
- has very good command of English (speaking, reading, writing skills are required on the level of advanced);
- is currently employed by the foreign service of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and has been employed there at least one year;
- has at least a BA degree with an already proven academic or professional interest in international relations;
- is highly motivated to learn about international relations and related disciplines. Priority will be given for the
- candidates strongly motivated to continue their professional careers within the field of IR/foreign policy/diplomacy;
- is hardworking, co-operative and ready for cross-cultural study environment.
Scholarship Open for International Students: Applicants of Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine can apply for these training scholarships.
Duration of award(s): These training scholarships are awarded for a period of nine-month.
- What does it cover? The training scholarships cover the following expenses related to the participation in the training course:
- tuition fee in full amount
- costs of visa/residence permit
- costs of local health insurance
- costs of accommodation in Tallinn
- monthly allowance to cover everyday living expenses during the study period NB! Students are expected to bring their own laptop computer for the studies.

- Motivation letter (1 page: explaining previous experience, the reasons for applying and how the studies will benefit the student’s future development)
- Copies of university transcript in (unofficial) English translation, i.e. diploma of higher education and academic record
copy of (international) passport - 1 passport-sized photo (to be added to the application form)
- academic essay (3-4 pages with references) to be written on one of the topics (indicated inside the respective
- countrys’ scholarship offer)
